How Custom Orders Work
Custom orders start with a simple request. Tell us what you are looking for, the size or style you have in mind, any colors or custom details, and whether you need local pickup, local delivery, or shipping.
After we receive your request, Hill Works LLC will review the details and follow up by email, phone, or text to confirm the build, finish, timeline, and location.
Once the details are confirmed, you will receive a clear cost breakdown that may include the item price, any applicable tax, pickup, delivery, or shipping costs, and a secure payment link or deposit request.
Custom builds do not begin until the required payment or deposit is received. Ready-made items are not held, shipped, delivered, or released until payment is confirmed.
After payment is received, your piece will be built, prepared, or packed. Pickup, local delivery, or shipping will then be arranged based on the order.
